Toronto Film Forum has a spirited group of volunteers who study at schools, colleges and universities. The volunteers perform their duties at monthly programs and multicultural film festivals. Toronto Film Forum arranges workshops for its volunteers twice a year in order to make them knowledgeable about films and film making. The beauty of multiculturalism is also highlighted to them. It is believed, they will perceive the message of the multicultural film festival which aims at building a society of harmonious co-existence of the people of different colours, races, religions, ethnicities, genders and cultures.
